To claim an exchange, return, or refund for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video.
- No Cuts, No Pauses, No Edits: The video must start before the outer shipping package/box is opened and must clearly show the entire unboxing process in one single, continuous shot.
- Timeframe: The unboxing video must be submitted to our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
WITHOUT A PROPER, UNEDITED UNBOXING VIDEO SUBMITTED WITHIN 24 HOURS, NO COMPLAINT, DAMAGE CLAIM, MISSING ITEM CLAIM, OR EXCHANGE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Eligibility Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
- Condition: The bag must be entirely unused, unwashed, and in brand-new condition without a single defect, stain, or scratch.
- Packaging: All original packaging boxes, dust bags, tags, and interior stuffing must be kept in perfect, intact condition. Do not discard or damage the original shipping box.
- Time Limit: You must contact us and initiate your request within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping Charges
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are fully responsible for paying the return shipping charges to send the item back to our warehouse.
- Safe Return: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Couple Tote is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
How to Initiate a Request
If you have received a defective or incorrect item and possess the mandatory unboxing video, please follow these steps:

- Include your Order ID and attach the unedited unboxing video.
- Our team will review the video within 2–3 business days. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

- We will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
